4 cans turkey chunks
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
4 tbs margarine
1 cup cream
2 cans evaporated milk
4 small jar pimento, chopped save liquid
4 tbs flour
1 tsp salt
Melt margarine in large pot over medium heat. Blend in flour, add salt, pepper, and paprika. Add milk, cream,
and liquid from pimentos, stirring constantly until thickened. Beat well. Add turkey and pimentos. Cook 15 minutes. Serve over buttered skillet toast or drop biscuits.
