4 cups ground beef, cooked
2 cups chopped potatoes, cooked
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1 pkg brown gravy mix, dissolved to directions
1/4 cups bacon grease or shortening
1 tbs garlic flakes
Mix meat, potatoes, onions, garlic and seasonings; mix with
brown gravy mixture. Heat bacon grease or shortening in large skillet.
Add *hash and fry slowly until brown and crisp.
