2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
2 small potatoes, shredded
2 onions, shredded
2 tsp oregano
2 tbs instant beef bouillon
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
2 cup tomato sauce
olive oil
At home, combine beef, potatoes, onion, eggs, and dry ingredients
and store in double gallon zip-lock bag. At camp -- heat 2 tbs olive oil in Dutch
oven. Shape beef mixture into loaf and brown on all sides. Pour tomato sauce onto loaf and bake 1/2 hour.
