2 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans condensed beef broth
4 tsp cornstarch
2/3 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp pepper
2 large onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1/4 cups water
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and
eggs. Shape into 8 oval patties, each about 3/4in thick. Cook patties in large skillet over medium heat until brown and drain.
Add onions, garlic, broth and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, then reduce
heat to simmer. Cook another 10 minutes.
