SAUSAGE BALLS

 

2 lbs sausage

12 oz shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs, beaten

6c biscuit mix

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp red pepper

1 tsp dried red pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

 

Mix all ingredients together - don't be afraid to use your hands.

 

AFTER WASHING.  Pinch off small pieces and form into balls.  Cook 10-15 minutes in Dutch oven
